If you feel anxious, we can work on your current symptoms and investigate possible earlier causes at the root of your anxious feelings. The goal is to stop the automatic part of your brain from being overly vigilant and instead feel calm and relaxed.
If you have health challenges, we might work on: the intensity of your current symptoms, the devastation of a diagnosis, poor medical care, unsupportive family or friends, financial challenges, or sadness around having to change your vision for your future.
