EFT Tapping is an easy-to-learn technique for decreasing stress and the limiting beliefs that hold you back from achieving all that you really want in life.

Experience and Qualifications

- Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner, EFTU
Previous Experience:
- Health Coach (2.5 years). Helped employees of large corporations create and work on realistic, healthy and achievable goals.
- Volunteer Group Facilitator (4 years). Focus was on relationship and self-esteem issues.
