Biography

I like to say that EFT found me in perfect timing. I had been dealing with anxiety for a few years and it was progressively getting worse.

It felt so constricting. I was isolating myself for fear of leaving the house. I couldn't enjoy my love of travel anymore. And I lost almost all confidence in myself and my ability to handle situations.

Then my mom introduced me to EFT. At first I was skeptical ...I think that's pretty normal. But after I did a little research and actually tried tapping for myself, I knew that it was going to be life changing.

Now, I'm putting myself out there again, meeting new people. I've had many traveling adventures, including out of the country. I've let go of the past that was holding me back and feel confident in who I am.

My passion is to share EFT with females around the world to empower growth, self-acceptance and confidence to be free of anxious energy. You are deserving!

Experience and Qualifications

I started as a youth group leader in a local church for 2 years and discovered my love for mentoring and working with young females.

I moved into working in the mental health field for 7 years to support clients (12-70 years) in building life skills to reach their goals.
