Biography
Described as an outstanding professional who fosters deep trusting relationships, Sarah helps people around the world, working online and in-person. A clinical hypnotherapist (Cl.Hyp), RTT® Therapist (RTT), Clinical EFT Practitioner, Energy Psychology Practitioner and trained counsellor, she's also a certified Executive Coach (CEC).
Sarah works on a spectrum of issues including addictions, depression, trauma, PTSD, career issues, work-life balance, stress, money blocks, relationship challenges, performance issues, concentration, imposter syndrome, sleep disorders, confidence, eating disorders, exercise, diet/weight, fertility and sexual problems, conception, pregnancy, and pain reduction.
Using clinical and evidence-based techniques Sarah helps private individuals, as well as those working in the corporate, non-profit, academic, and private sectors. She works with clients in an individual, group or workshop setting.
Sarah also works with children dealing with bullying, finding/freeing identity, low confidence and self-esteem, and performance challenges.
Sarah's study and further research into trauma, gender, diversity, inclusion, belonging and leadership has also informed her work. Collaborating with leading academics from the University of Melbourne, Boston College and Harvard University, global thought leaders in the medical and psychiatry professions, international business schools and corporate leaders, she wrote the book Gender Dimensions in Leadership. She highlights how cultural, social and gender so-called 'norms' collide with what it fundamentally means to be human and psychologically healthy.
