Sarah works on a spectrum of issues including PTSD, trauma, addictions, depression, career issues, work-life balance, stress, money blocks, relationship challenges, performance issues, concentration, imposter syndrome, sleep disorders, low confidence, eating disorders, exercise, diet/weight, fertility and sexual problems, conception, pregnancy, and pain reduction.
Using clinical and evidence-based techniques Sarah helps private individuals, as well as those working in the corporate, non-profit, military, academic and private sectors. She works with clients in an individual, group or workshop setting. Sarah also works with children dealing with bullying, finding/freeing identity, low confidence and self-esteem, and performance challenges. Her study and further research into trauma, gender, diversity, inclusion, belonging and leadership has informed her work. Collaborating with leading academics from the University of Melbourne, Boston College and Harvard University, medical and psychiatry professions, and other leaders, she wrote the book Gender Dimensions in Leadership. She highlights how cultural, social and gender so-called 'norms' collide with what it fundamentally means to be human and psychologically healthy.
