Sherrie’s journey through grief, loss, and emotional trauma led her to many healing modalities, including EFT. The eventual balance and transformation she achieved was through the process of looking inward and working through trauma. Her favorite quote, “No Mud, No Lotus” by Thich Nhat Hanh, is a reminder that growing through the “mud” of suffering can bring about great beauty, transformation, and balance in our lives.
Sherrie is deeply passionate about the power of EFT and helping others find balance, transformation, and emotional freedom in their lives.
“Sherrie is a very compassionate, professional, and skilled EFT practitioner. She has the ability to listen with her head and heart, allowing the client to feel a sense of safety and trust in the process and in her. I also loved the way Sherrie held a non-judgemental space for deep work in the session and made notes on the cognitive and emotional shifts I made, feeding those back to me as an anchor for my new found freedom. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Sherrie to anyone wanting to explore EFT for personal and professional development and healing.”
“Sherrie made me feel extremely comfortable, understood, and heard. She took me through a beautiful guided meditation which helped me to ground and really feel into my body. I felt incredible after our goal setting session and a week later I am still implementing everything that I wanted to!”
"Working with Sherrie has been a gift to me. She has the most amazing spirit that just envelops you in love and caring. She is so calming and nurturing, during our EFT session she reassured me and calmly led me through my issues. We've worked together several times and every time I am blow away at how wonderful the session is. I recommend Sherrie with my whole heart!"
