Suzanne is a contributing author to the book, Clinical EFT Handbook: A Definitive Resource for Practitioners, Scholars, Clinicians, and Researchers. Vol. 1.

Stemming from her personal and professional experiences for the past 20+ years, Suzanne has been devoted to gaining practice and expertise in helping people make positive, authentic and lasting changes quickly.

Since 1997 Suzanne has been providing therapy with people of all ages who are ready to change. Her work is very effective with those individuals who have depression, anxiety and emotional and physical trauma. Her work helps support clients into greater creativity and life satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

Suzanne D. Alfandari, MS, LMFT, (MFC #36334) is a California Licensed Marriage and Family therapist and is a certified Expert EFT Trainer and Practitioner. Suzanne is a contributing author to the book, Clinical EFT Handbook: A Definitive Resource for Practitioners, Scholars, Clinicians, and Researchers. Vol. 1.

She is a member of MINT, the International Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, participated in the developing MINT Trainer Certification process, and teaches Motivational Interviewing (MI) to individuals and agencies.

Suzanne knows positive results can happen within a relatively short period of time.

To attain these positive results, she combines the wisdom of Emotional Freedom Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and meditation practices. She utilizes the latest research in the fields of epigenetics (how your thoughts affect your genetic health) and neuroplasticity (how to rewire your brain) with positive beliefs.

Since 1997 Suzanne has been providing therapy with people of all ages who are ready to change. Her work is very effective with those individuals who have depression, anxiety and emotional and physical trauma. Her work helps support clients into greater creativity and life satisfaction.

Suzanne also spent 15+ years working with Marin County Mental Health as a therapist serving youth and families in collaboration with schools and psychiatrists, and as a Motivational Interviewing trainer. She continues volunteering as the Stress Manager for the Marin County Office of Emergency Services.

Suzanne has participated in eight Advancing Meditation Workshops with Dr. Joe Dispenza and assisted in his first Teen Meditation Workshop in Denver, CO July 2015.

For seven years she spent her summers counseling troops overseas, gaining even greater respect for the stresses they experience.
